4 JANITORIAL POSITIONS (June –  August)

32 Hour week – Salary Based on Experience

Job Description: Be responsible for keeping grounds, and bath house areas clean. Organize and clean work equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS: Must be able to lift heavy items, self-motivated, punctual and willing to stay focused on the task at hand. Must have a pleasant demeanor and good communication skills.

4 KITCHEN/STAFF POSITIONS (June – August )

4 (6 hour positions) 3 up to 7 days a week – Salary Based on Experience

Job Description: Be responsible for making sure that kitchen pots, pans & equipment is clean and in order. Making sure kitchen, walk-in fridge, deck and dining room areas are mopped, clean and neat.

QUALIFICATIONS: 1 Year Food Service Experience. Food Service Certified. Able to lift heavy pots and pans. Being punctual, reliable and self-motivated are must. Able to adhere to our kitchen behavior and dress code. Must have a pleasant demeanor and good communication skills.

1 PROPERTY MANAGER POSITION (Year Round)

Job Description:  A salaried position for one person or a couple to live on the property and be available to meet, check-in and manage guests.  Oversee the property and do maintenance and grounds keeping. Have a wide range of property management skills.

QUALIFICATIONS: Construction, maintenance and property management experience.  Reliable, punctual, and able to complete tasks in a quick and timely fashion.  Like working around animals and people.  Must have a pleasant demeanor and good communication skills.  Be able to work well on their own and be a good team player.  Be able to be in charge and oversee other seasonal workers.

1 EQUESTRIAN LEAD (JUNE – JULY)

Job Description:  Teach young children how to have horse safety, horse respect and the ability to ride in a short period of time.

QUALIFICATIONS:  Ability to teach a fast track program to young students to go from unexperienced to being able to do to trail rides.  Experience with teaching children.  Enjoy children and must have a pleasant demeanor and good communication skills.  The ability to work in the heat for long periods of time.  Punctual, and dependable.

2 EQUESTRIAN ASSISTANTS (JUNE-JULY)

Job Description:  Assist Equestrian Lead in making sure that the horses are ready to begin classes everyday.  Saddling, cleaning, grooming and feeding horses on a daily basis.  Ability to be an early riser, punctual and dependable.  Enjoy working around children and the ability to communicate clearly.  A pleasant demeanor.
